Scope D50 - surface display
The Scope D50 allows for quick and detailed documentation of tests by the examining the scene of a crime.
Thanks to the carrying case and optional battery kit, the system can be used in the lab or in the field. Fingerprints, shoe prints or any other evidence left at a crime scene can be captured in a matter of minutes. The battery lasts for a full day of capture with the Scope D50.
The applications of the Scope D50 are limitless. You can analyse striae on fired bullets, cartridge tracks, footprint features, shoe soles, tool indentations, tool details, contamination, tool mouldings or impressions, fingerprints on reflective knives and much more.

The Truvis Authentica Creator application allows us to remove all colour information from the image, providing us with a visualisation of the surface. In this way we can analyse the details and volumes in the image. Unlike a black and white image, the representation offered is normalised in order to have details in all areas of the image, as well as being able to change the incidence of light on the image and eliminate specular reflections on the surface.
